Description

SLT+ is a unique experience for women who are leading in any area of their life. It invites women who are ready for a radical shift in life transformation, to learn and grow with like-minded women leaders, in a flourishing sacred community.

Intended Audience

The Sacred Leader Training process is intended for Black, Indigenous and racialized women in mid-management to senior leadership. They are leading organizations, boards, teams and often their own businesses.

To be considered for this 10 month journey, you must be:

Willing to commit to do the work that cultivates SELF Joy
Ready to journey alongside Aina-Nia’s tutelage and support to release confusion, sorrow, shame, guilt, imbalance, overwhelm and self-sacrifice
Able to take responsibility to cultivate a life on purpose and live the life envisioned- business, career, relationship, health, etc.
Interested in being a Light Mirror for yourself first and then for the world

IMPORTANT DATES

Starts January 14, 2025

Group learning circles are every 2nd Sunday from 10am to 4pm for 10 months, in person

Includes a mid-way overnight retreat on May 10th in Ontario, Canada and an international culmination retreat for 5 days on a land where indigenous African ways are still practiced – October 9th – 14th

The Process

This process is intentional about ensuring women become clear on their life visions (why are they on this planet at this time) and, live fully into their purpose. The curriculum is grounded in indigenous African wisdom practices and universal spiritual principles.

By the end of the 10 months, leaders would have released the things that are blocking or hindering them from living purposefully and will have taken the radical steps to begin or advance this. Certified Sacred Leaders will have manifested their primary purpose of being on this planet at this time, along with the mastery of Balance, Boundaries and Self-Love. The entire process is wrapped around this goal.
